Responsibilities and Duties: - Source potential candidates through online channels, job boards, and social media platforms. - Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. - Conduct interviews and assess candidates" qualifications and fit for the role. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. - Assist in creating job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms. - Provide feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process. - Maintain candidate databases and ensure data accuracy. - Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
