Facility Management (FM) industry are preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, operational, and site-based positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Manage salary negotiations, offer releases, and joining formalities.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
• Build talent pipelines and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
• Coordinate documentation and onboarding activities with the HR team.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Facility Management industry experience is preferred

  , especially in hiring for technical, maintenance, operations, housekeeping, security, and site-level roles.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good coordination, follow-up, and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
• Target-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple vacancies.
