Job Summary

Pracyva is looking for an experienced Internal Talent Acquisition Executive with a background in the staffing and recruitment industry. The candidate will be responsible for hiring Domestic IT Recruiters and other internal employees for our organization.

This is an internal recruitment role, not a client-side or client-requirement hiring position.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end internal recruitment of Domestic IT Recruiters and other internal positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Build a strong pipeline of candidates to meet internal hiring targets.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience working in a staffing or recruitment company is preferred.
• Understanding of Domestic IT Recruitment and common IT recruiter profiles.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring targets independently.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.
