Job Description

HR Recruiter

Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Handle offer negotiation, documentation, and joining follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines.
Ensure positions are closed within defined TAT.
