Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in bulk hiring, BPO hiring, non-IT recruitment, or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interview coordination, offer management, etc.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including clients and candidates.
