Job Description

Job Summary: You will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for both IT and Non-IT positions, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and hiring top talent for technical roles. This role requires a deep understanding of technologies such as MEAN Stack, MERN Stack, Node.js, JavaScript, Frontend and, Backend development. Additionally, the Senior HR Executive will manage day-to-day HR activities, including employee onboarding, engagement, handling queries, and maintaining HR records. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions including MEAN Stack, MERN Stack, Node.js Developer, JavaScript Developer, and Frontend Developer roles. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for both IT and Non-IT positions. Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and coordinate technical assessments. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on hiring best practices. Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through networking and proactive recruitment efforts. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source and engage with candidates. Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers. Prepare and release offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents. Facilitate the employee onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Organize and participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases. Generate and analyze HR reports to provide insights and support decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of [3] years of experience in Recruitment, with a focus on IT and Non-IT recruitment. Proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical roles in technologies such as MEAN Stack, MERN Stack, Node.js, JavaScript, and Frontend development. Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
