Job Description

Responsibilities: Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email outreach, social media). Customer Interaction: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase StoreHippo's features and benefits. Sales Support: Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents. Data Management: Maintain accurate sales records and track customer interactions in our CRM system. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, product features, and competitor activities. Research potential markets, customer needs, and competitors. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and strategic partners. Pitch services/products to potential clients through presentations, meetings, or digital communication. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies. Requirements: Excellent communication skills: Ability to articulate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing. Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport and trust with potential customers. Results-oriented: Driven to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations. Problem-solving skills: Ability to address customer concerns and find solutions. Team player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the team's success. Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in sales, preferably in a SaaS or technology-related field.
