We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment coordination, onboarding, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and team management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end HR operations and daily HR activities.
2. Oversee employee onboarding, induction and orientation programs.
3. Handle employee engagement, employee relations and grievance management.
4. Coordinate with recruitment teams and hiring managers to meet manpower requirements.
5. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and company guidelines.
6. Manage employee attendance, leave records and HR documentation.
7. Monitor employee performance, appraisals and probation reviews.
8. Organize employee training, development and soft skills programs.
9. Prepare and maintain HR reports, employee databases and weekly/monthly HR dashboards.
10. Handle employee exit formalities, clearance and full-and-final coordination.
11. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations.
12. Support management in HR planning, employee retention and organizational development.

Required Skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in IT staffing, US IT recruitment or corporate HR environments is preferred.
• Ability to independently manage HR functions.
• Strong decision-making and employee management capabilities.
