Rely Services Inc. is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Manager - Human Resources to lead and own the entire HR function across US (Primary) and India operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a high-impact leadership role that demands both strategic vision and hands-on execution. The HR Manager will be the driving force behind building a performance-driven culture, enabling business growth through people excellence, and ensuring that Rely Services attracts, develops, and retains world-class talent

Responsibilities:

Human Resource Management

• Own end-to-end HR strategy aligned with business objectives, covering both US (Primary) and India geographies.
• Design, implement, and continuously refine HR policies, processes, and frameworks.
• Serve as a strategic HR business partner to the CEO and senior leadership team.

Talent Acquisition & Development

• Drive a robust talent acquisition strategy to attract high-caliber professionals at all levels.
• Build learning & development frameworks that foster continuous growth, leadership pipeline, and skill upgradation.
• Lead campus and lateral hiring programs across India and the US.

Talent Engagement & Retention

• Champion employee engagement initiatives that strengthen a sense of belonging, motivation, and purpose.
• Design and execute retention strategies to reduce attrition and sustain organizational stability.
• Monitor engagement metrics and translate insights into meaningful action plans.

Performance Management

• Establish and institutionalize a performance-driven culture through robust goal-setting, continuous feedback, and appraisal frameworks.
• Ensure performance metrics are measurable, transparent, and consistently linked to business outcomes and rewards.
• Coach and guide managers to build high-performing, accountable teams.

Succession Planning & Organization Development

• Identify critical roles and develop talent pipelines through structured succession planning.
• Lead organization development initiatives including restructuring, capability building, and change management.
• Design competency frameworks and career progression models to support long-term workforce planning.

Stakeholder Management

• Build trusted relationships with leadership across India and US influencing decisions, driving alignment, and managing expectations effectively.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Technology to ensure HR solutions enable business growth.
• Act as an advisor and confidant to senior stakeholders on all people-related matters.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent from a reputed institution.
• 15+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Proven experience managing HR for both India and US-based employees in a mid-to-large organization.
• Strong background in BPO, IT Services, or a similar fast-paced, people-intensive industry is preferred.

• Extensively experienced in US HR Operation & Payroll is must.
• Deep expertise across the full spectrum of HR: HRM, Talent Development, Engagement, Performance, Succession, and OD.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain a performance-driven culture at scale.
• Strong analytical mindset data-driven in decision-making, workforce planning, and HR reporting.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to navigate cultural nuances across India and the US.
• Hands-on leader who can think strategically and execute operationally.
