Role & responsibilities

Independently manage end-to-end HR operations and policies.
Handle talent acquisition, recruitment, interviews, and onboarding.
Manage payroll processing, attendance, leave, and employee records.
Maintain employee joining and exit documentation.
Handle PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
Ensure compliance with government rules, labour laws, and HR regulations.
Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Conduct exit formalities, employee engagement, and performance management.
Maintain HR reports, records, and documentation.
Ensure smooth implementation of company HR policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements

510 years of experience in HR management.
Strong knowledge of payroll, recruitment, PF, ESI, and labour laws.
Ability to independently manage the complete HR department.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/payroll software.

Preferred candidate profile

An experienced, responsible, and self-driven professional capable of managing all HR functions independently.
