Experience: 1+ Year Employment Type: Full-Time Meru Technosoft Private Limited is looking for a proactive and dynamic Human Resource Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR processes, policies, and talent management to support our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires. Handle employee engagement and grievance management to maintain a positive work environment. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures . Maintain employee records, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws. Organize training sessions and team-building activities . Assist in performance reviews, feedback processes, and retention strategies. Ensure smooth HR operations and administration . Key Skills: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Employee Engagement & Relations HR Policies & Compliance Performance Management Payroll & Attendance Coordination Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in HR or a related field. Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources or Business Administration . Knowledge of HR software & tools (Zoho, BambooHR, etc.) is a plus. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
