Position : Executive Human Resource Job Type : Full Time Work Hours : Day shift / General Education Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Work Location : Pune CTC : 2,40,000 - 3,60,000 Per Annum and shall not be constrain for right candidate Job Details and Key Responsibilities: Position Overview: The Human Resources (HR) Executive at Dr Geetanjali's HealthCare Center Private Limited is responsible for managing and overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll, performance management, and training. This role ensures that the laboratory operates smoothly by hiring and retaining skilled professionals, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: a. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , from job posting to onboarding. b. Identify and hire qualified professionals such as pathologists, lab technicians, administrative staff, and support personnel. c. Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare industry. d. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs . e. Conduct interviews, background checks, and reference verifications . 2. Employee Onboarding & Engagement: a. Oversee the orientation and onboarding process for new employees. b. Foster a positive workplace culture to enhance employee engagement and retention. c. Address employee grievances and conflict resolution effectively. d. Organize team-building activities, wellness programs, and employee recognition events . 3. Performance Management & Training: a. Develop and implement performance evaluation systems . b. Conduct regular appraisals and feedback sessions to enhance employee performance. c. Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs. d. Ensure employees are trained in safety protocols, compliance, and technical skills required for their roles. 4. HR Policies & Compliance: a. Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and company policies . b. Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation . c. Implement workplace safety measures as per NABL, CAP, and other relevant standards. d. Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to align with company goals. 5. Payroll & Benefits Administration: a. Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement. b. Manage employee benefits , including health insurance, leave policies, and incentive programs. c. Handle attendance tracking, leave management, and overtime calculations . 6. Employee Relations & Workplace Culture: a. Act as a bridge between employees and management to maintain a healthy work environment. b. Address workplace issues, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolution . c. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives . 7. HR Data & Reporting: a. Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and reports . b. Use HR analytics to monitor workforce trends, attrition rates, and hiring effectiveness. c. Prepare HR reports for management on staffing, productivity, and compliance. Qualifications & Skills: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Technical & Soft Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws and healthcare HR regulations . Experience with HR software and payroll management systems . Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills . Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
