Role Description This is an unpaid hybrid internship role for a Social Media Intern located in Noida, with some work from home acceptable. The Social Media Intern will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, monitoring engagement, conducting market research, and identifying trends. The role also involves assisting with content strategy and collaborating with the team to implement campaigns and enhance our online presence. Position: Architect – Accessibility Solutions (Project-Based) Nature of Engagement: Project-Based Location: Remote Remuneration: As per industry standards and commensurate with experience. Key Roles and Responsibilities 1. Accessibility Gap Solution Development Collaborate with accessibility auditors to interpret audit findings and develop practical, compliant, and visually clear design solutions. Create architectural drawings, sketches, and illustrations that effectively communicate accessibility interventions. 2. Technical Detailing & Material Specification Prepare detailed architectural documentation for accessibility solutions, including ramps, tactile flooring, signage, and restrooms. Recommend materials, fixtures, and finishes that meet both functional and aesthetic standards for accessibility compliance. 3. Client Collaboration Work directly with clients to explain accessibility solutions in simple, actionable terms. Support them in integrating accessibility into their project design, development, or retrofitting process. 4. Implementation Support Provide technical guidance during project execution to ensure the approved designs are implemented accurately. Review completed works and validate compliance with accessibility norms and standards. 5. Team Coordination & Design Integration Coordinate with accessibility auditors, designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure all accessibility solutions are cohesive and feasible. Contribute creative and technical input to strengthen Human Factor’s inclusive design approach. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred). Interest or experience in accessibility design , universal design , or inclusive architecture . Strong visualisation, drawing, and communication skills. Familiarity with accessibility codes, such as the NBC, RPWD Act 2016, Harmonised Guidelines 2021, and ISO 21542 , is preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit and visualisation tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Why Join Human Factor?
