Job Description

Work Hours: 3:30 pm to 12:30pm Start Date: April 1, 2025 Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures. Configure and customize the HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub to meet the specific needs and goals of the organization. Create and maintain custom properties, workflows, automation rules, and templates. Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HubSpot platform. Import, export, and manipulate data as needed to support marketing, sales, and customer service efforts. Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures. Integration and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to integrate HubSpot with other tools and systems. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain data consistency. Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing, sales, and customer service. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Training and Support: Train and support HubSpot users within the organization, ensuring they understand and effectively use the platform. Stay up-to-date with HubSpot updates and best practices, and share this knowledge with team members. HubSpot Best Practices: Stay informed about HubSpot best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously optimize HubSpot's usage. Implement best practices for lead nurturing, lead scoring, and marketing automation. Security and Compliance: Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) within the HubSpot platform. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, marketing, business, or a related field 6-8 years of experience as an HubSpot administrator or similar role Proven experience as a HubSpot Administrator or similar role HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Administrator Certification) are preferred Strong understanding of marketing and sales processes Proficiency in data analysis and reporting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
