About the Role We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive to drive ourstrategic growth and expand our market reach in the publishing and marketingservices sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to identify and pursue newbusiness opportunities, develop key client relationships, and contribute directly to ourcompany's revenue generation and market expansion. Core Responsibilities Sales and Client Acquisition Support the implementation of business development strategies. Actively prospect and identify potential new clients in target markets. Develop and maintain a consistent sales pipeline. Conduct initial client outreach and preliminary meetings. Track and report on sales activities and potential leads. Client Engagement Perform initial client research and qualification. Prepare introductory business proposals and sales materials. Coordinate initial client communication and follow-up processes. Support the client onboarding process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client interaction records in CRM systems. Market Research Assist in gathering market intelligence and competitive insights. Compile preliminary market research reports. Support the identification of new business opportunities. Track industry trends and emerging market segments. Prepare presentation materials for senior management. Team Collaboration Work closely with sales and marketing teams. Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions. Contribute to team performance and collaborative goals. Support senior leadership in achieving business objectives. Provide regular updates on sales activities and potential opportunities. Required Qualifications 0-2 years of experience in business development or sales roles Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field Strong academic performance Internship or entry-level experience in sales or client-facing roles preferred Basic understanding of business development principles Key Skills Excellent verbal and written communication Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Basic proficiency in CRM and sales tracking tools Analytical and detail-oriented approach Proactive and self-motivated personality Good presentation and communication skills Basic understanding of sales methodologies Willingness to learn and adapt Performance Expectations Meet assigned sales targets and activity metrics Maintain professional and ethical standards in all client interactions Demonstrate continuous learning and skill development Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment Show commitment to personal and professional growth
