We are currently seeking an HTML5 Developer to join our Creative team as we continue to expand. As an HTML5 Developer, your role will involve driving technical quality and consistency across all playable projects. You will be responsible for establishing standards, mentoring team members, and resolving complex development challenges to support our performance marketing objectives. This is a full-time position based in our Bangalore studio, where our daily in-office collaboration fosters creativity and innovation. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain top-tier playable ads to set benchmarks for engagement and performance - Define key methodologies and reusable systems to enhance production workflows - Mentor junior developers and assist mid-level devs in overcoming technical challenges - Collaborate with artists, designers, and UA teams to enhance creative effectiveness - Proactively identify and resolve technical issues; contribute to architecture and pipeline decisions - Improve efficiency and performance in deliverables to contribute to profitability - Maintain documentation, performance testing, and QA processes Requirements: - Proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, and modern browser-based game engines - Experience in building performant, scalable HTML5 games or ads across various platforms - Demonstrated mentorship skills and the ability to lead by example - Strong understanding of ad performance metrics such as CTR, IPM, etc. - Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for quality and detail - Must be based in our Bangalore office and able to work on-site five days per week.,
