Job description Sales & Business Development: Identify potential retrofit opportunities in HVAC/MEP systems through site surveys, client interactions, and market intelligence. Develop and maintain strong client relationships with consultants, facility managers, and contractors. Generate leads and convert them into confirmed retrofit projects. Present technical proposals, solution benefits, and ROI to clients. Estimation & Technical Support Conduct site inspections to assess existing systems and propose suitable retrofit solutions. Prepare detailed cost estimations, BOQs, and techno-commercial offers. Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements. Work closely with design and project teams to optimize solutions for energy efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Support the sales team with pre-bid technical clarifications and negotiations. Project Coordination Collaborate with project execution team to ensure smooth handover of awarded projects. Provide technical support during execution, wherever required. Maintain documentation for proposals, estimations, and client communications. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of HVAC/MEP systems (Chillers, AHUs, VRF, Pumps, Controls, etc.). Experience in retrofit, energy efficiency, and system optimization. Proficiency in estimation, costing, and proposal preparation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Customer-focused with problem-solving approach. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 37 years of experience in HVAC/MEP retrofit sales and estimation . Familiarity with energy efficiency audits, green building concepts, and AMCs preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation tools.
