As an L3 Network Administrator, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and advanced troubleshooting of enterprise network infrastructure. This includes LAN, WAN, WLAN, firewalls, load balancers, and VPN solutions across data centers and branch offices. The role requires deep technical expertise, handling escalations from L1/L2 teams, and ensuring network availability, performance, and security. Key Responsibilities: - Provide L3 operational support for routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless infrastructure. - Manage and configure Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5 (or equivalent platforms). - Implement and maintain routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS) and VLANs. - Troubleshoot complex network performance, latency, and packet loss issues. - Administer firewall policies, VPNs (IPSec, SSL), and remote access solutions. - Manage WAN optimization, QoS, and bandwidth monitoring. - Perform firmware/IOS upgrades, patching, and hardware lifecycle management. - Support network security initiatives including NAC, IDS/IPS, and DDoS protection. - Monitor and analyze network health using tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Cisco DNA Center, Wireshark. - Document network topology, runbooks, and change requests in line with ITIL practices. - Participate in on-call rotation and provide RCA for high-severity incidents. - Collaborate with cloud and server teams for hybrid/cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP). Required Skills & Experience: - 6-10 years of experience in enterprise network administration. - Expertise in routing, switching, and firewall administration (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.). - Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VLANs, STP, HSRP/VRRP. - Experience with VPNs, MPLS, SD-WAN, and wireless networks. - Familiarity with firewall rules, ACLs, and network security best practices. - Proficiency in packet capture and analysis (Wireshark, tcpdump). - Knowledge of network automation (Python, Ansible, Cisco DNA/ACI) is a plus. - Exposure to cloud networking (VPCs, VPN gateways, load balancers). - Willing to work in rotational shift (shift & cab allowances are provided). - Prefer male candidates only. Preferred Qualifications: - Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or higher (CCIE) strongly preferred. - Palo Alto, Fortinet, or F5 certifications (PCNSE, NSE, F5-CA) are a plus. - Experience in multi-vendor network environments. - Knowledge of Zero Trust and SDN solutions (Cisco ACI, VMware NSX, etc.).,

You will be responsible for supporting Data Centre Networks utilizing Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure and Nexus 9k platforms. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and performance of a migration plan from traditional data centre network designs to Cisco ACI. Key responsibilities include integrating service appliances to Cisco ACI deployments, understanding Inter and Intra Tenant traffic flows, contributing to L2 outs, L3 outs, VMM integration, and ensuring network configurations are compliant with standards. You will participate in the setup, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation of enterprise-level network infrastructure components. Strong knowledge of SDWAN and Wireless is essential for this role. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as well as strong customer service skills. Collaboration with project managers, cross-functional teams, and ownership of escalated support tickets and service requests through resolution via ServiceNow are also key aspects of the role. Additionally, the candidate must possess adaptive, communication, presentation, and leadership skills. It is essential to have a full understanding of WAN/LAN internetworking, protocol interoperability, network architecture development, and requirements for testing/proof of concept. Working knowledge of Networking products from Cisco, Dell & Extreme Networks is required. Familiarity with ITIL & Change Management processes, as well as the ability to work well within a team and adapt easily to change, are also crucial. The candidate must be willing to work in a 24X7 environment, handle rotating on-call duties, support queue management, perform network system analysis and reporting.
