Position: Sales & Marketing Assistant – Jewellery Company (B2B) We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing client relationships, coordinating sales operations, and supporting marketing activities across the domestic market. We seek individuals who are organised, proactive, and passionate about the jewellery industry, with strong communication and coordination skills. Roles and Responsibilities Assist the sales team in handling client inquiries, orders, and follow-ups. Prepare product catalogues, quotations, and price lists for customers. Coordinate with internal teams (production, accounts, dispatch) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain and update client data, order records, and daily sales reports. Support marketing campaigns, product photography, and catalogue preparation. Assist in social media updates, promotions, and exhibition coordination. Gather client feedback and market insights to support sales and marketing strategy. Handle email and WhatsApp communication with clients and internal teams. Key Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and coordination abilities Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Basic understanding of jewellery products and market trends Familiarity with social media and marketing tools Experience in the jewellery industry preferred Work Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday Off)
