Role & Responsibilities Market TMT, HR Plates, PM Plates, and roofing products to large companies (fabricators, tower manufacturers, OEMs, PEB, builders). Identify potential B2B customers and generate new leads. Visit industrial zones, big companies, and contractors to pitch products and close deals. Coordinate with sales & operations team for order fulfillment. Report daily/weekly customer visits, inquiries, and conversions. Candidate Requirements Experience: 2-5 years in steel marketing (MUST have B2B steel or construction sales background). Language : Fluent in English (plus Hindi & Telugu preferred). Skills: Strong negotiation & relationship-building, good knowledge of steel products, ability to travel and meet clients. Personality: Go-getter, confident, and result-driven.
Role & Responsibilities: Work closely with SALES COORDINATOR to handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing. Learn and manage inventory tracking, stock allocation, and dispatch coordination. Communicate with customers for order updates, payment reminders, and logistics. Maintain daily sales and inventory reports for management. Eventually take full charge alongside the existing employee, ensuring smooth execution of all sales and dispatch activities. Candidate Requirements: Experience: 03 years (Freshers who are sharp & willing to learn are welcome). Qualification: Graduate (BBA/B.Com/MBA preferred). Language: Fluent in English, Hindi & Telugu. Skills: Quick learner, detail-oriented, and comfortable with Excel, emails, and WhatsApp business communication. Personality: Ownership mindset, willing to learn from the ground level (with loading team if needed).
