Supports the implementation of health safety and wellbeing (HSW) policies, procedures, guidance notes and standards. Carries out audits and inspections on behalf of the business and assists with the resolution of non-conformities raised in third party audits. Participates in the development of new standards and ensure ongoing compliance. Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Manager - HSE to lead and implement robust Health, Safety & Environmental practices across industrial/infrastructure project sites. The candidate should have 12 to 13 years of hands-on experience in managing HSE systems, ensuring statutory compliance, conducting risk assessments, and driving a proactive safety culture. Define HSE objectives, KPIs, and monitor performance across all project sites. Conduct site risk assessments, safety inspections, audits, and implement mitigation measures. Ensure full statutory compliance with health, safety, and environmental laws. Manage regulatory permits, renewals, and liaise with local authorities. Investigate incidents and near-misses, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Lead sustainability initiatives like waste management, energy efficiency, and water conservation. Train employees and contractors on HSE practices, conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks. Maintain Emergency Response Plans (ERP) and ensure emergency equipment readiness.
