We strive to deliver context-sensitive designs across all sectors Role Description We are seeking a motivated and process-oriented Junior Architect with up to 5 years of professional experience to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will support architectural projects from concept through execution, contributing to design development, documentation, and coordination across disciplines. This role offers exposure to diverse typologies and a collaborative environment that fosters growth and innovation. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, presentations, and construction documents using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools. Participate in concept development, schematic design, and design detailing under the guidance of senior architects. Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure design intent and technical accuracy. Conduct site visits, surveys, and assist in preparing reports and documentation. Support material research, specification development, and BOQ preparation. Maintain organized project files and contribute to quality control processes. Stay updated on relevant codes, standards, and sustainable design practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution;. 2–5 years of professional experience in architectural design, processes and documentation. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and MS Office. Strong understanding of design principles, spatial planning, and construction detailing. Familiarity with NBC, UDCPR, and other applicable building codes. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
