Job Title: Homeroom Teacher ( Females)
Location: Samashti International School, Coimbatore Branch
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in primary grades

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for core subjects (English, EVS, and Mathematics).
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment that supports students’ academic and emotional development.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the class, maintaining strong communication with parents and school staff.
• Track and assess individual student progress, providing timely feedback and support.
• Encourage positive student behavior through clear expectations and consistent discipline.
• Collaborate with subject teachers, coordinators, and school leadership to ensure curriculum integration and coherence.
• Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and report cards.
• Organize and participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, field trips, and extracurricular activities.
• Ensure classroom management and safety protocols are followed at all times.

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a primary grade teacher in a reputed school.
• Excellent command over English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about teaching with a child-centric approach and innovative classroom practices.
• Proficient in using digital tools and technology for teaching and documentation.

Note:

• Transport will not be provided by the school; candidates must arrange their own commute.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
