The role of Workday Absence and Time Tracking Functional Lead or Architect at UST Global involves being the primary AMS leader for Workday Absence and Time Tracking. As a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, you will drive client engagements in Implementation, AMS Support, and Delivery for UST customers. Your responsibilities include building and expanding the Workday Absence and Time Tracking practice, collaborating with clients and account teams, overseeing team workload, defining processes, and implementing standards to enhance delivery effectiveness. You will also develop training materials, collaborate with internal teams, and work towards client satisfaction and success. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of Workday experience with a focus on Absence and/or Time Tracking for a minimum of 5 years. Strong Subject Matter Expertise in Absence or Time Tracking is essential, along with prior experience in HRMS platforms like Oracle or PeopleSoft. Experience in managing offshore Workday teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously is required. Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills are crucial for engaging with clients effectively. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams is also important. Bonus points if you are Workday certified in Absence, Time Tracking, or other HCM modules, and if you have expertise in both Absence and Time Tracking domains. Core skills for this role include Workday HCM, Workday Absence, Workday Time Tracking, HRMS (Oracle/PeopleSoft), AMS Support, and Workday Implementation.,
