Job Title: UI Developer Location: Mumbai, India Experience: 0 12 months Qualification: Minimum Graduation in BCA, B.Sc (IT), or B.E. (Computer Science / Information Technology) About the Role We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented UI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of front-end technologies and a strong sense of design aesthetics. You will work closely with designers and developers to build responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly web interfaces. Key Responsibilities Develop responsive and interactive web interfaces using HTML5 , CSS3 , and JavaScript (ES6) . Collaborate with designers to convert Figma , Sketch , or Adobe XD mockups into functional UI components. Implement modern design frameworks using Tailwind CSS for fast and clean layouts. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and consistent design across devices. Optimize UI components for performance, accessibility, and SEO compliance. Work with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs. Maintain code quality using Git and follow best practices for version control. Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development. Required Skills Strong knowledge of HTML5 , CSS3 , and JavaScript (ES6) . Experience or familiarity with React.js or Next.js . Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS for modern and responsive UI design. Ability to design user interfaces using Figma , Sketch , or Adobe XD . Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive layouts . Awareness of UI performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, image optimization, CSS minimization, etc.). Basic understanding of Git and version control systems. Strong eye for detail, color, spacing, and typography . Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Familiarity with TypeScript . Understanding of RESTful API integration (JSON) . Basic knowledge of Material UI , Ant Design , or Radix UI . Awareness of WCAG accessibility standards and SEO-friendly UI design . Exposure to testing tools like Jest or React Testing Library . Who Can Apply Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 12 months of experience in front-end or UI development.
