Designation - Senior Manager - Regulatory compliance Job Location - Navi Mumbai Please find below JD: To handle day to day regulatory Compliance of RBI, PMLA,UIDAI, NPCI, CKYC etc viz which includes (a) dissemination of guidelines to the respective stake holders, updation of tracker, follow up and closure on compliance to guidelines (b) timely dissemination of various correspondences to stakeholders and submission of response to the regulator post quality and sanctity check (c) Updation of status of compliance to the various executive & board led committees (d) handling of compliance testing from end to end like planning, conduct of testing, establishing testing results and follow up on compliance to the observations (e) handling RBS for the Bank from end to end 2. To handle cross functional matters such as (a) evaluating product proposal from compliance perspective (b) evaluating agreements with vendors/business partners in reference to compliance parameters (c) handle internal audit of the department (d) timely closure of report (e) coordinating with departments w.r.t RBS audit, dissemination of observations, compliance to the observations and timely response 3. Dashboard management (a) tracking of action taken report emanating from various Board, Board led & Management committee (b) pending actionable w.r.t compliance to guidelines (c) pending line times for compliance to testing observations 4. CTC - Upto Rs. 40 LPA + Variable Responsibilities: · Banking industry experience in fraud & risk management, financial services - covering banking, payments, digital and business correspondence fraud. · Team Lead Role: The incumbent should be able to lead a mid-sized anti-fraud unit responsible for fraud transaction alerts monitoring, regulatory reporting and associated activities. · Demonstrated problem solving, decision making and leadership skills required. · Knowledge of Fraud monitoring tools and capability to drive automation through AI_ML and other emerging technologies. · Experience in design & monitoring of fraud alerts including evaluation of transaction type, transaction amount, unusual transfers to unlikely partners, places where transactions originate, or a flurry of activity beyond the accepted norm for the account. · Is responsible for observing various transactions from branches & merchants to flag or identify suspicious activity. Monitor accounts and customers having banking patterns that typically do not change over the long term and any transactions or series of transactions that do not fit the expected activity which generate a 'red flag'. · Take actions based on alert evaluation and guide team and monitor quality / trend etc. · RCA analysis of fraud trends etc. and take measures to prevent frauds. · Monitoring of regulatory & law enforcement agency portals / emails and actions thereon in timely manner. · Ensuring fraud reporting as per regulatory and policy guidelines. · To raise awareness of fraud risks. Conduct team and other stake holder trainings. · Establishing and maintaining procedures (SOP) applicable to the detection of fraud and the enforcement of FRM policy and regulatory guidelines. Knowledge and implement of industry best practices. · To keep Management Committee aware of the proportions of the fraud, modus operandi and the steps taken by the Bank to mitigate them; Trend analysis etc. through effective MIS. · Monitor and review the progress of the mitigating steps taken by the Bank in case of frauds and the efficacy of the same in containing fraud numbers and values · Liaison with Authorities including Law enforcement Agencies, investigation agencies etc. · Internal & external stake holder management.
