The HR Business Partner plays a crucial role in providing strategic support to Business Units in fulfilling their HR needs on a daily basis. By collaborating with business leaders and managers, the HR Business Partner introduces tailored HR initiatives and recommends solutions that are in line with the business objectives. A significant part of the HR Business Partner's responsibilities involves enhancing the capabilities of the workforce, leading change management efforts, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, supporting daily operations, and actively participating in enhancing processes. Furthermore, the HR Business Partner is expected to work closely with other HR Functional Leaders, Organizational Development (OD) specialists, HR Service Delivery (HRSD) professionals, and Centers of Excellence (CoE) members to identify and drive changes that will enhance HR practices, systems, and processes. Moreover, the HR Business Partner is tasked with managing various HR projects, including but not limited to management training and development, succession planning, and policy review and implementation, to ensure the continuous improvement of HR practices within the organization.
