Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and establish channels to capture employee feedback and sentiments regularly.
  • Assist in performance management, including goal setting, appraisals, and development planning.
  • Organize and coordinate training and development programs to upskill employees.
  • Handle HR operations, including maintaining employee records, HR compliance, and policy administration.
  • Monitor and analyze employee feedback, engagement levels, and workplace satisfaction to implement proactive HR strategies.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
