HR Sr. Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for hotel roles, including bulk and seasonal hiring (F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, Kitchen)
• Run induction and onboarding, and coordinate departmental training
• Maintain employee records in the HRIS and prepare HR letters
• Manage attendance, duty rosters, leave, and payroll inputs, including shift allowances and overtime
• Coordinate service-skills and grooming training with department heads
• Plan engagement activities, recognition programs, and staff events
• Handle employee queries and grievances, and manage staff accommodation and uniform processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops and Establishment Act, POSH, etc.)
• Track attrition and prepare monthly MIS on headcount, hiring, and absenteeism

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM or hotel management degree in HR preferred)
• 3-6 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in hotels or hospitality
• Working knowledge of Indian labor laws
