Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires. Ensure timely communication with applicants regarding interview schedules and offer extensions. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role. MBA/PGDM (HR/Industrial Relations) degree preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting principles including sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.
