Role Overview: As an HR Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment and worker category recruitment, your main responsibility will be sourcing and attracting candidates for positions in the Interior Designing industry. Effective communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam are essential to engage with a diverse pool of candidates successfully. Key Responsibilities: - Source and attract candidates for various positions in the Interior Designing industry - Utilize your expertise in Non-IT recruitment and worker category recruitment - Communicate effectively with candidates in English, Hindi, and Malayalam - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in Non-IT and worker category recruitment - Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam - MBA in HR is a preferred qualification Additional Details: This is a full-time job with a day shift schedule, based in Kochi.
