Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment, source suitable candidates, conduct initial interviews, and close job requirements within the given timelines.

Roles and Responsibilities

Understand job requirements from clients and hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates until final selection and joining.
Close assigned requirements within the given deadlines.
Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment reports.
Negotiate salary and coordinate offer letters.
Ensure candidates join on the agreed date.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment and sourcing methods.
Ability to handle multiple job requirements.
Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
Time management and target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.

Qualification and Experience

Any graduate.
Freshers can apply; recruitment experience is an advantage.
Experience in bulk hiring or hospitality recruitment is preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of candidates sourced and shortlisted.
Number of interviews scheduled.
Number of positions closed.
Candidate joining ratio.
Timely closure of job requirements.

Salary: As per company standards and experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
