Job Description

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments.
Understand job requirements from department heads.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
Schedule and follow up on candidate interviews.
Coordinate with department heads for interview feedback.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Support onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain proper recruitment records and reports

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
