As an HR Recruiter, your role will primarily focus on internal and external recruitments. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the office by recruiting the right candidates. Your duties will involve providing placement assistance to students who have completed courses within the organization, conducting disciplinary actions, updating policies, maintaining employee records, and evaluating staff performance. In this position, you will have targets and deadlines to fill vacancies within the organization. Effective communication skills, exposure to walk-in drives, and adaptability are key skills required for this role. The job location is in Vadapalani with one opening available. Qualifications required for this role include holding any degree. The working hours are from 10 AM to 4 PM for direct walk-ins at the office located at No: 172, Raahat Plaza, Office No 196 & 197, 2nd Floor, Arcot Road, Vadapalani, Chennai 26.
