Job description Experience required :- 0 to 3 year Roles and Responsibilities Experience Required for the job 0-2 years. Annual Salary of the job: 2.50-3 LPA Responsible for the entire recruitment process from the Job Evaluation, Making of Job Descriptions, Sourcing of Candidates, conducting of Interviews, Salary Fixation and negotiations with Candidates. Good Understanding of Talent Acquisition process. Ability to manage job portals. Sourcing suitable profiles through various channels including Portals, walk-ins, Campus Drive. Making Attendance for Salary Excellent verbal and written communication skills Efficiency in MS Office is must.
