Job Title: Sales Representative Location: Odhav , Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Department: Sales Reports To: Owner Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in generating leads, closing sales, and building relationships with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings. This position focuses on inbound and outbound sales efforts from within the office (or remotely), without face-to-face customer interaction. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to potential customers through cold calling, emails, and follow-ups on leads. Respond to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and convert them into sales opportunities. Present and promote company products/services to potential clients. Understand customer needs and offer solutions based on their requirements. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track all sales activities. Collaborate with the marketing and outside sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and strategy. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications :Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a related sales role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Goal-oriented with a passion for sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience in [industry- sales manufacturing]. Familiarity with sales performance metrics. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
