Role & responsibilities : Develop Recruitment Strategies: Create and execute hiring plans to attract top talent. Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and networking to find candidates. Interview and Assess Candidates: Conduct interviews, screen resumes, and evaluate qualifications. Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work with department leaders to understand hiring needs.
