Job Description

Roles & Responsibility Manage the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to exit. Ensure HR policies and procedures are well-documented, updated, and compliant with labor laws. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation. Oversee employee leave management, attendance tracking, and adherence to policies. Ensure the organization remains compliant with all employment laws and regulations. Plan, execute, and oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent. Support managers in workforce planning and talent retention strategies. Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives. Manage payroll processing, salary structures, and compliance with statutory requirements. Handle employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Ensure timely resolution of payroll and benefits-related queries. Implement performance appraisal systems and drive performance reviews. Organize employee training programs and monitor their effectiveness. Support career development initiatives to enhance employee performance. Manage employee grievance handling and conflict resolution. Implement strategies to enhance workplace culture and productivity.
