As an HR Intern at Aarvi Encon Limited, you will have the opportunity to kickstart your career in recruitment by joining our team for a 6-month internship. Your responsibilities will include full-cycle recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process. **Key Responsibilities:** - Source potential candidates through online channels, social media, and job boards - Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates - Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and assessments - Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed - Assist in preparing offer letters and conducting onboarding sessions **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate degree in any discipline - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Prior exposure to non-IT positions in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Refinery sector would be an added advantage Feel free to attend our walk-in interview scheduled from Wednesday, 29th October 2025 to Friday, 31st October 2025, between 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at B2- 201 (B), Marathon Innova, Marathon NextGen, Lower Parel (W), Mumbai - 400013.
