About the Role

We are looking for an HR Intern (Talent Acquisition & Recruitment) to support end-to-end hiring at HavStrategy. You will source candidates, screen profiles, schedule interviews and help build a great candidate experience in a fast-growing agency.

What You Will Do

• Post jobs and source candidates on Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala and other portals.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
• Share assessments, follow up with candidates and maintain the recruitment tracker.
• Support onboarding, documentation and employee engagement activities.
• Help maintain HR records and reports in Google Sheets.

Who You Are

• Freshers, students and recent graduates (BBA, MBA-HR or any stream) are welcome.
• Good spoken and written English and confident communication.
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition and HR operations.
• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn is a plus.

Work Location

In-office internship at Sector 135, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. You must be able to commute to or relocate to Noida, and you must have your own laptop.
