About the Role

We are hiring an HR Intern to support our hiring and people operations – from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and employee engagement.

What You Will Do

• Source candidates on Indeed, Naukri and LinkedIn and screen CVs against role requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain candidate trackers and employee records in Google Sheets
• Assist with offer letters, onboarding formalities and documentation
• Support employee engagement activities, surveys and employer branding posts

Who You Are

• MBA/BBA (HR) student or fresher with a strong interest in recruitment and HR
• Good written and spoken English and confident on calls
• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel
• Eager to learn and take ownership

Job Type: Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
