Job Title: HR Intern Location: 243-C, Kapilpuri, Behind Union Bank of India, Bashratpur Medical College Road, Dharampur, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh Internship Duration: 6 Months Stipend: First 3 Months: 0 3,000 (based on interview) Next 3 Months: 3,000 – 7,000 (based on performance) About the Internship: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and support our day-to-day HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about human resources and recruitment to gain hands-on experience in a real-world setting. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment process Screen resumes and schedule interviews Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers Maintain and update HR databases and documentation Support onboarding and induction processes Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives Requirements: Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in HR, Business Administration, or related field Good communication and interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) What We Offer: Practical HR and recruitment experience Supportive and dynamic work environment Internship Certificate Opportunity for full-time conversion as a Recruiter upon successful completion of internship
