Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales and marketing team in driving revenue for our hotel and resort. The Sales Coordinator will assist with client communication, event coordination, proposal preparation, administrative tasks, and maintaining strong relationships with guests, travel partners, and corporate clients. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth sales operations and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, contracts, quotations, and event orders. Respond to client inquiries promptly and provide accurate information about hotel services, rates, and availability. Coordinate with various departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, events) to ensure successful execution of group bookings, events, and reservations. Maintain and update the sales database, client records, and tracking systems. Support the planning and organization of sales events, site visits, and promotional activities. Prepare sales reports, revenue summaries, and monthly performance updates. Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and filing documents. Assist in identifying sales leads and nurturing strong relationships with corporate, travel, and event clients. Ensure timely follow-up with potential clients to maximize conversion opportunities. Provide exceptional customer service and represent the hotel brand professionally. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in sales, reservations, or administrative support (hospitality experience preferred). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment with attention to detail. Preferred: Experience using hotel management or sales systems (Opera, PMS, CRM tools). Knowledge of hospitality sales techniques and market segments.
