We are looking for an HR Executive / HR Assistant with hands-on recruitment experience. Candidates from any industry are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment:-
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage multiple vacancies and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Track interview feedback, offers, and joining status.
General HR Activities:-
- Assist with onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and late-mark tracking.
- Prepare attendance reports and coordinate monthly payroll data with the accounts team.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and HR documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on recruitment experience.
- Good sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of attendance management and payroll coordination.
- Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
