Job Description

HR Executive – Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and attendance reports.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Support payroll inputs, leave management, and daily HR operations.
Ensure timely completion of employee documentation and HR compliance requirements.
Address employee queries and support employee engagement activities.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or MBA in HR.

Experience: 1–3 years

Skills: Good communication, interpersonal skills, coordination, and basic MS Office knowledge.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
