**Job Description:** As a Training and Development Specialist at our organization, your primary role will involve conducting training needs assessments to identify skills gaps within the workforce. You will consult with both management and employees to determine specific training needs based on performance evaluations and feedback. Aligning these training programs with the organization's overall goals and objectives will be crucial to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to address identified skills gaps. - Facilitate professional development sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills. - Monitor and review trainees" progress and performance, gathering feedback to continually improve programs. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors to ensure maximum impact. - Track and report on the success of training initiatives to management for further decision-making.
