About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support day-to-day HR operations & recruitment. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews
• Coordinate interview processes and provide feedback updates
• Support onboarding and induction programs
• Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

• Manage employee records and HR documentation
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
• Support performance appraisal processes
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and events

3. Payroll & Benefits Support

• Coordinate with payroll team for attendance and leave records
• Support benefits administration and statutory compliance

4. HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain employee files and ensure data accuracy
• Prepare HR reports and MIS
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
• Assist in drafting HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, etc.)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
