Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized HR Executive & Admin to manage daily HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, and office administration.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
Manage employee onboarding, offer letters, appointment letters, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
Coordinate salary processing, incentives, deductions, and HR documentation.
Monitor employee punctuality, discipline, shift schedules, and leave records.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and team events.
Manage office supplies, housekeeping, maintenance, vendors, and inventory.
Maintain office expenses, invoices, courier records, and company asset registers.
Prepare daily and monthly HR and administrative reports.
Ensure adherence to company policies and assist with applicable statutory compliance.
Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR and office administration preferred.
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and HR documentation.
Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
