Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Maintain employee records, HRMS data, leave, attendance, and HR documentation.
Prepare reports, trackers, and dashboards for operational monitoring.
Resolve employee queries and improve employee experience.
Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues and implement HR processes.
Support cross-functional initiatives focused on process improvement and system enhancements.
Support internal and external audits by maintaining audit-ready documentation and ensuring compliance with applicable requirements.

Preferred candidate profile:

MBA in Human Resources or similar.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms and Microsoft Office.
Willing to work in night shifts.
