HR Executive - Sourcing Specialist

As an HR Executive - Sourcing Specialist, your primary role will be to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing comprehensive recruitment strategies for various IT/ non IT roles, considering different sourcing channels and candidate pools. - Utilizing various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and direct sourcing to identify potential candidates. - Screening and assessing candidates by reviewing resumes and applications to identify those who meet job requirements and organizational culture fit. - Conducting initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates" qualifications, motivations, and alignment with company values. - Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, keeping them informed about their application status. Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA(HR) In addition to the qualifications, you are expected to have the following skills: - Ability to work on Functional Recruitment. - Experience in handling End-to-End Recruitment cycle. - Good communication and writing skills.
